Production & Design Support

The Omnibus production team is pleased to assist sponsors.

  • Accepted File Types: Press-ready PDF, TIFF, or PSD

  • Color: CMYK only, 300 dpi

  • Fonts: Embedded or outlined

  • Bleed: 0.125” if artwork extends to trim

  • Design Assistance: Available upon request

Artwork may be submitted by the sponsor or prepared collaboratively with the production staff.

 

 

Publication Deadlines

Winter Issue (January / Early February Release)
• Space reservation: January 25
• Artwork due: January 30

Summer Issue (July Release)
• Space reservation: April 15
• Artwork due: May 1

 

 

Terms & Considerations

  • All sponsorship content is subject to editorial approval

  • Payment is due prior to publication

  • Cancellations must be received before the artwork deadline

  • The Society reserves the right to decline content inconsistent with its mission
