Conventions
The Society holds Conventions annually on the second Saturday August each year. A Host is named for each, and all past and future hosts are members of the Convention Committee.
Flagging attendance convinced the Society to try using teleconferenceIn 2016. This was followed by three years without a quorum, and since 2021, the Annual Meeting has been held by videoconference.
While physical attendance was insufficient to justify the time and cost involved in holding Conventions in person, this decision could be reversed should enough members be interested.
