The Augustan Library is once again open for use by our members and serious researchers. Over 6000 books have been cataloged to date, and those volumes are now available, with more being cataloged as time permits. Access to the Catalog is online and free; no registration or login is requred. You may request photocopies, index searches, or hire staff to do research. Members may borrow some books directly, others are invited to use the Inter-Library Loan system at their local public or academic library. Library visits are available with advance reservation.

The Library Catalog is online at a separate web site. We use Koha open source software, and give thanks to the many volunteers whose work makes it possible. Note that the Library Catalog is temporarily offline.

The Library's Special Collections are detailed on this page, which should be expected to expand as our understanding of our holdings grows.
