The Augustan Society works with a large number of allied groups, many of which are internal to the Society, and a few which are independent:

Fellows of the Augustan Society

Fellowship is awarded to members and non-members for outstanding services to the Society, or for material assistance to the Society or the programs of the Society.
Order of Armigerous Augustans badge

Hereditary Order of Armigerous Augustans

Available to members who have had their personal or ancestral coat of arms accepted by the Society’s Heraldry Committee.
Order of the Augustan Eagle collar

Order of the Augustan Eagle

The court of honor of the Society. Members must be both Fellows of the Society and members of the Hereditary Order of Armigerous Augustans.
Noble Company of the Rose badge

Noble Company of the Rose

Applicants must be armigerous and hold a valid knighthood.
Arms of the Latin Kingdom of Jerusalem

Society of Descendants of the Latin Kingdom of Jerusalem

Applicants must:
  1. Descend from an individual who lived in the Holy Land during the Crusades, or
  2. Belong to an order of Chivalry which fought in the Holy Land, or
  3. Have made a personal pilgrimage to the Holy Land.
Arms of the Order of Descendants of Ireland

Order of Descendants of Ireland

Applicants are accepted as Royal Life Members or Hereditary Life Members; in both instances must show descent for qualifying.
Order of Descendants of Scotland badge

Order of the Descendants of Scotland

Applicants are accepted as descendants of a Scottish sovereign, or from a Scottish clan or family; or, having a strong interest in things Scottish.
Order of the Conqueror art

Order of the Conqueror

Available to applicants who can prove descent from William I of England, the Conqueror.
Order of the Conqueror's Companions art

Order of the Conqueror's Companions

Available to applicants who can prove descent from one or more of the Companions of William the Conqueror.

Independent Groups, Augustan Society membership not required:
Octavian Society badge

The Octavian Society

Presently dormant. Members were required to have an interest in ancient and medieval studies. Published an annual issue of the Journal of Ancient & Medieval Studies from 1981 to 2004.
International Chivalric Institute badge

International Chivalric Institute

Presently under reorganization; primary focus has been the Newsletter which forms a link for those interested in Chivalry.
